Breast Surgery
Breast Augmentation / Mammaplasty / Breast Implants
Breast augmentation (mammaplasty) involves the surgical placement of breast implants to increase the size of the breasts, as well as improve their shape and contour. Breast implants today are very safe, and the incisions can usually be discreetly placed under the crease of the breast, around the areolas, or in the armpit. If you are also concerned about sagging breasts, a breast lift can be performed at the same time as breast augmentation. Read more.
Breast Lift / Mastopexy
A breast lift is a surgical procedure that raises and reshapes breasts that have begun to sag. This sagging often occurs as a result of heavy breasts, pregnancy, or aging. The nipples and areolas are lifted along with the breast tissue. In some cases, we may also recommend that breast augmentation be performed simultaneously with a breast lift in order to provide the result you want. Read more.
Breast Reduction (Reduction Mammaplasty)
Breast reduction reduces the size and weight of large breasts, providing you with breasts that are in better proportion with the rest of your body. Women who opt for this surgery often suffer from physical discomfort as a result of heavy breasts, as well as self-consciousness and difficulty with participating in physical activities. A breast lift can also be performed during a breast reduction in order to place the breasts higher on the chest. Read more.
Breast Reconstruction
Breast reconstruction is usually performed after a mastectomy as a result of breast cancer, although it is also performed on women with misshapen breasts. This surgery is tailored to each woman’s particular case to use implants and existing tissue to shape and contour symmetrical and aesthetically pleasing breasts. Read more.
